Most zipper sellers can not show you a factory — because they do not have one. Walk our production floor, station by station, and see exactly where your zippers are made.
1 · Stepping Inside
Our reception wall carries the legal name, Foshan Feng He da Zipper Co.,Ltd., and the registered CEO® zipper trademark. It is the first thing buyers ask for when verifying a real factory — and the first thing we show.
2 · The Production Floor
Across 2,000 m², dozens of lines run in parallel. This scale is what lets us hold fast-fashion deadlines while keeping tolerances tight — the same floor handles tape weaving, coil forming and finishing.
3 · Injection Molding
CNC injection machines mould resin teeth directly onto the tape. Owning this tooling means we control tooth geometry, gloss and colour — and can cut custom moulds for bespoke projects in-house.
4 · Assembly
Sliders, stops and pulls are set on automated assembly lines. This is where a continuous chain becomes a finished zipper, cut to length with consistent pull weight along the whole run.
5 · Metal Zipper Workshop
A dedicated workshop stamps and sets metal teeth in brass, aluminium and gunmetal. Plating is done in-house so finishes stay consistent batch to batch — and pass our salt-spray corrosion tests.
6 · Quality Control
Our in-house QC lab runs tensile tests (lateral pull ≥ 3 kg), salt-spray corrosion tests and conveyor inspection. Every batch is checked before it leaves — this is the heart of our YKK-level promise.
7 · Finished Goods & Shipping
Packed, labelled and staged for export. Our finished-goods area is the proof of delivery capacity — we ship to 100+ countries with the documentation buyers need to clear customs smoothly.
